What's not covered.
Exclusive copyright claims
AI-generated content copyright is an evolving legal area. You have full commercial usage rights, but claiming exclusive copyright ownership over AI-generated outputs may not be enforceable in all jurisdictions. We recommend consulting legal counsel for high-stakes IP matters.
Impersonation of real individuals
You may not use Reclips to create content that impersonates real people without their consent. This includes deepfakes, unauthorized likenesses, and misleading representations.
Platform-specific terms
You must comply with the terms of service of any platform where you publish content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Some platforms have additional rules around AI-generated content disclosure.
No per-asset fees.
There is no additional licensing cost per video, per image, or per export. Commercial rights are included in every paid plan. You pay for credits, not for the right to use what you create.
Your clients can use it too.
When you create content for a client using Reclips, your client receives the same commercial usage rights. They can run ads, publish to social, use it in products — no separate license needed. One account, full rights for everyone downstream.
